 RULES 
✦ Credit Meilottie Ucides: Always credit the original designer (Meilottie Ucides) when posting or transferring the design. Do not claim the work as your own.
✦ Ownership Limit: Only one person may own the design at a time.
✦ Resale Limit: Resale/trade is allowed only at or below the original auction/purchase price. You may add the cost of any additional commissions spent on the design to the resale price.
✦ No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will not be accepted after purchase.
✦ No delay for payment. If payment be delay for over 2 months there will be no refund for the part has pay! USAGE & MODIFICATIONS 
✦ Modifications: Minor modifications are allowed, but the original structure and main design features must remain recognizable.
✦ Detailed Changes: Changing colors or adding significant details to the design is allowed but may incur an additional modification fee of $10 to $100, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
✦ Redistribution Ban: The design is not allowed for redistribution as merchandise (stickers, decor, prints, etc.) unless commercial rights have been purchased.
✦ Strictly Prohibited: Do not use the design for AI training/feeding or for the creation/minting of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP 
✦ Mandatory Notification: Please notify the designer (Meilottie Ucides) every time the ownership is transferred. You must also include the original file when transferring.
✦ Commercial Rights Status: When transferring the design, you are responsible for informing the new owner about the current status of the commercial rights (whether they are included or not).
✦ COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Rights are transferred only after full payment is completed.
I retain the right to showcase the work unless NDA is agreed.
Strictly prohibited:
AI usage / AI training
NFT usage
Claiming my work as your own
Tracing, heavy editing, or unauthorized modification COMMERCIAL RIGHTS 
✦ CR Purchase: If commercial rights are not included in the original purchase, the owner must contact the original artist (me) directly to purchase them.
✦ CR Upon Transfer: If the artwork is transferred without commercial rights, and the new owner wishes to purchase CR, they must contact the original artist (me).  DEADLINE & DELIVERY 
Estimated completion time:
3-5 months → design / sheet / illustration
6–12 months → Live2D Vtuber model (depending on complexity)
I may work non-linearly and prioritize projects freely.
Delays may occur due to workload, health, or personal matters.
Client must provide clear and complete requirements BEFORE work begins.
Client must review WIPs and provide feedback in a timely manner.
Lack of response = approval of the current stage.
Client agrees to contact me before opening any dispute.
✦ REVISIONS
Revisions are allowed during the process within reasonable limits.
Major changes, added features, or excessive revisions → extra fees.
After completion → any changes will be charged. SLOT CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION  
A slot is considered confirmed once the client agrees to proceed and/or any payment is made.
After the sketching phase has begun, the commission is considered in progress and CANNOT be cancelled.
The client acknowledges that work has already started at the sketch stage, therefore:
→ NO cancellation and NO refund will be accepted from this point onward
Any attempt to cancel after sketching has started will be treated as a violation of the TOS.
✦ SLOT TRANSFER
Clients are allowed to transfer their slot to a third party.
I am not responsible for any disputes between involved parties.
 PAYMENT  
✦ SLOT CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
A slot is considered confirmed once the client agrees to proceed and/or any payment is made.
After the sketching phase has begun, the commission is considered in progress and CANNOT be cancelled.
The client acknowledges that work has already started at the sketch stage, therefore:
→ NO cancellation and NO refund will be accepted from this point onward
Any attempt to cancel after sketching has started will be treated as a violation of the TOS.
✦ Commission Discount: When purchasing the adopt along with an additional commission, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price.
✦ Payment Options
Full payment is accepted.
Returning clients receive a 10% discount on future orders.
✦ Payment Plan (Installments)
Payment plans are accepted up to 6 weeks maximum.
Client must pay 40–50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Remaining 40–50% must be paid within the agreed timeframe (max 6 weeks).
Failure to complete payment will result in:
→ Loss of deposit
→ Loss of all rights to the work
→ Commission cancellation without refund
✦ NO REFUND POLICY
All payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
Change of mind
Financial issues
Personal reasons
Payment = full agreement to this policy.
✦ CHARGEBACK POLICY
If any issue occurs, you must contact me first.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
→ Immediate blacklist
→ Permanent ban
→ Public call-out if necessary VIOLATION 
✦ Reclaiming: If any of the rules are violated, the design may be reclaimed by the designer.
✦ Consideration will be given based on the specific situation. LIABILITY 
I am not responsible for:
Platform bans
Loss of income
Third-party issues
  FINAL AGREEMENT 
Payment confirms a legally binding agreement to all terms above.
Exceptions may be made only at my discretion.
